These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MusoSuite ("the Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You retain ownership of all content you upload (including homework videos and curriculum data), but you grant MusoSuite a license to host and serve this content to your authorized users.
MusoSuite is provided as a subscription service. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of your account. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice.
If you are a music teacher using MusoSuite to manage your studio, you act as the Data Controller for your students' data, and MusoSuite acts as your Data Processor. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents (including parental consent under POPIA/GDPR) to input student data into the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time via the self-service deletion tool in your settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MusoSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
